Welcome Friends! How wonderful to see you, again! Please, please come in…
Let me take your hats and gloves…
If you don’t mind, I’d love for you to sign my guest book.
Please come into the parlor and have a seat. Tea should be ready in a few moments.
Why yes, those favors are for you to take home. How have you been?
What have you been doing with yourself? You don’t say! Well that’s delightful!
The weather has been a bit dreadful the last couple of days.
May I offer you some strawberries and cream?
Of course I baked! Would you care for some cookies? Let’s see… there’s black bottom cups, sugar cookies, nut horns, thumbprints and lady locks…
Oh.. and pizzelles! They’re made from my Italian grandmother’s recipe.
The tea’s ready. Would you like cream or sugar with your tea?
I am so happy you were able to join me for tea today! We really should do this more often!
You must leave so soon? Well I must say I really enjoyed our tea and conversation! So nice of you to come by.
On to your next Tea Party hosted by the most gracious Kim at The Victorian Parlor.
Have a beautiful day and thank you again for coming! Take care!

Good afternoon, I'm stopping by to say hello, and Happy Monday (and for some, happy blue Monday or happy belated Pink Saturday - WHEW!)
ReplyDeleteI am just in awe - what a gorgeous post.
My blog topic today is about a man, a dog, a love story, and a bit about embroidery. Please stop by if you have a moment.

I remember visiting your tea party Saturday but forgot to sign the register. This is one of the most colorful and creative tea parties I have visited. Each one had something special to add to the pleasures. Blessings
